  1. Fill out all information and check the booth you wish to have.
  2. Upload 4 images of your work and one image of your booth.
    (If you do not have a booth shot, you may submit 5 images of your work.
    NOTE: If you have submitted e-mailed images of your work to previous fairs & wish to use those images for our jurying, check the appropriate box.
  3. Complete the descriptions of your work.
  4. Click on "Submit Application" to apply.
