Driving Directions:
From the Taconic State Parkway
To Route 199 Exit. Exit at Route 199 (Red Hook, Rhinebeck). Turn left onto Route 199, heading west. Then bear left on the fork to Route 308, continuing west. Route 308 will take you into Rhinebeck. At the traffic light in Rhinebeck, turn right onto Route 9, heading north. The entrance to the Fairgrounds is approximately 2 miles from that traffic light on the right (east).
From the NY State Thruway (I87/I90)
To Exit 19, Kingston. After paying toll, you will enter a traffic circle; take your first right off the traffic circle (Route 28). You will go through a traffic light and bear right on the exit for the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge, Route 209, heading east. Crossing the bridge, the road changes to Route 199. After the bridge, at the second traffic light, turn right, heading south, onto Route 9G. In approximately 1 mile, you will come to another traffic light and the intersection of Route 9. Turn right onto Route 9, heading south. The Fairgrounds are located approximately 2 miles on your left.

FROM THE SOUTH: NEW YORK CITY, WESTCHESTER & NEW JERSEY
Take I-87/NYS Thruway North to Exit 18, (New Paltz). After exiting the thruway, turn left onto Route 299. Follow this straight through the village of New Paltz. You will cross the Wallkill River Bridge. Turn left onto Libertyville Rd. You will pass Wallkill View Farm Market on your left. The Fairgrounds will be approximately 2 miles on Libertyville Rd.
FROM New York City by Public Transportation and Bus: Take a Trailways bus from Port Authority to New Paltz, then take a cab or ride service (Uber/Lyft) to the fairgrounds. View a timetable of the NYC-New Paltz Bus HERE.
FROM THE NORTH
Take the NYS Thruway South to Exit 18. (New Paltz) Follow the directions above.
FROM THE EAST
Cross the Mid-Hudson Bridge. Take Route 9W North about 2 miles to Route 299. Take a left onto Route 299 (to New Paltz). Proceed on Route 299 through the village of New Paltz. You will cross the Wallkill River Bridge. Turn left onto Libertyville Rd. (You will pass Wallkill View Farm Market on your left. Do not go up the hill after passing the Farm Market. The Fairgrounds will be about 2 miles on Libertyville Road.
FROM THE EAST-DANBURY CT. AREA
Take interstate 84 West, cross over the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge to Route 300 Union Avenue and go South to I-87 (NYS Thruway). Take the NYS Thruway to Exit 18 (New Paltz exit). After leaving the toll plaza, take a left onto 299 and following it through the village of New Paltz as above.
FROM THE WEST-NE PENNSYLVANIA AND MONTICELLO AREA
Take Route 209 North to Route 44/55 (vicinity of Kerhonkson). Turn east on 44/55. Go approximately 7 miles to Route299 (Mt. Brauhaus Restaurant on left). Take 299 approx. 4 miles to Libertyville Rd. Make a sharp right onto Libertyville Rd. to the Fairgrounds (2 miles). If you pass the farm market on your right-go back-you have missed Libertyville Rd.
FROM MIDDLETOWN
From Middletown take Route 211 and go East. In the Village of Montgomery, at light, turn Left onto 17K. Bear right and go over the bridge. Take left off of Bridge then take first road on right, Albany Post Road. Stay on this road for approx. 16 miles. The name may change but it will become Albany Post Rd. and then Libertyville Rd.
FROM NYS THRUWAY EXIT 18:
Pay the toll and proceed to light. Go LEFT at the light to South Putt Corners Rd. Make a left and proceed to the end of road. Make left (Route 32) and continu
e to intersection. Make right at traffic light (Rte. 44/55) and proceed through the town of Gardiner until Albany Post Road. (Crafts fair sign will be posted) Make a right and proceed to fairgrounds.
FROM NYS THRUWAY EXIT 17:
Pay the toll and proceed to ROUTE 52 NORTH. Merge with ROUTE 32 NORTH. Make right at traffic light (Rte. 44/55) and proceed through the town of Gardiner until Albany Post Road. (Crafts fair sign will be posted) Make a right and proceed to fairgrounds.
